We are always looking for ways to serve you better. With this as our goal, we have recently changed to a new operations system. AccuTrust, from the AccuTech Systems Corporation, will allow us to manage accounts more efficiently and is more reliable and cost-effective than our previous software.
As part of this change, we have moved to a new online access system called AccuNet. This is a service of AccuTrust and has replaced the PAL online access system.
You will still reach your online account information through the “Access your account” button above. Once you reach the login screen, click on "New User?" below the Columbia Bank logo. You must sign up with the same SSN/Tax ID number and email address associated with your PAL login. You can use the same username or change it if you wish.
